Chef’s Table at Echo & Rig is our limited-edition Monday night dining series at Echo & Rig Henderson. On select Mondays throughout the year, we take over the entire restaurant and serve one curated menu built around a single concept — from steakhouse classics and wine pairing dinners to ranch collaborations, cocktail features, and seasonal menus. For the evening, every seat becomes the Chef’s Table
