Chef Sam Marvin is debuting Echo & Rig’s Holiday-In-A-Box just in time for the holidays – no sweet candy canes or fruit cakes hiding inside here.  In its place, you will discover hearty and savory surprises – distinctive cuts of superior meat from the finest sources, specialty rubs, spices, condiments and more.  The incomparable Holiday-In-A-Box comes chilled for freshness, can be shipped anywhere and comes at two price points, $50 or $90.  For those that know their meat-lover more intimately, the staff of expert and friendly butchers can help to customize the ideal collection of palate-pleasing holiday dishes to enjoy at home.  In true Echo & Rig fashion, Holiday-In-A-Box comes beautifully packaged in our trademark blue butcher paper and wax twine.  Holiday-In-A-Box can be purchased in person at Echo & Rig Butcher and Steakhouse in Las Vegas or ordered by phone 702-489-3525.
