Chef Sam Marvin has created a delicious menu of mouthwatering selections, served either on the patio overlooking the picturesque Tivoli Village or inside the open-concept eatery. Echo & Rig’s weekend brunch menu features a variety of salads, sandwiches and signature entrees including Short Rib Hash, Smoked Salmon Benedict, Steakhouse Scramble, Steak Frites, Quiche, Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes and an impressive $6 NY Egg Sandwich. There are also a number of Small Plate items including Greek yogurt, potato pancakes, house made charcuterie, burrata and fried oyster sliders. Of course, the house-made breakfast sausage and bacon, straight from Echo & Rig’s on-site Butcher Shop, is a definitive “must-have.” An array of coffees, teas, fresh-pressed juices and refreshing cocktails, including $16 bottomless mimosas, are the perfect complement to the brilliant brunch. Echo & Rig Butcher and Steakhouse serves Brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
