BUTCHER DEMO – Saturday, February 1st

Just in time for the Big Football Game, join Chef Sam Marvin and the Echo & Rig butchers Saturday, February 1st, 1pm for a live butchery demonstration. Get an up-close look as the team masterfully butchers a hind quarter of beef. Definitely pick up your game day meats to cook at home while you’re there. From burgers to steaks to butcher sausages, bring a meal home that will make rivals gather over the grill.

New Year’s Eve at Echo & Rig

In usual Echo & Rig style, New Year’s Eve will host an evening of champagne, delicacies, decadence and fun. Small and large parties are invited to revel in the New Year’s Eve festivities as we ring in 2014 together.  Enjoy a night of signature dishes, special entertainment and celebratory surprises with Chef Sam Marvin and the Echo & Rig Butcher and Steakhouse team.

To ensure guests have safe rides home, Tivoli will be providing complimentary town cars will be available from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m., some restrictions apply.

Butcher Demo – Saturday, December 21st

Join Chef Sam Marvin and the Echo & Rig butchers on Saturday, December 21st at 1pm to witness the artistry of a live butchery demonstration as they masterfully carve a pig.
