Butcher Demo – Saturday, December 21st

Join Chef Sam Marvin and the Echo & Rig butchers on Saturday, December 21st at 1pm to witness the artistry of a live butchery demonstration as they masterfully carve a pig.

 

“We are here to educate and inspire people about their meat selections so they know about it before they prepare it. Our knowledgeable butchers can provide the best advice and suggestions as to cooking methods and techniques.”
